Act Apprentice Jobs in Agra: On October 12, 2021, the North Central Railway posted an official job notification for the position of Act Apprentice. ITI certification You are eligible to apply for this position. Candidates who only meet the qualifying requirements can apply online at ncr.indianrailways.gov.in. The application period will end on December 1, 2021.

Qualification Details

-In relevant trades, an ITI certificate/National Trade Certificate connected with NCVT/SCVT is required.

Age Criteria

The applicants must be at least 15 years old and not more than 24 years old as of December 1, 2021.

The application fee is Rs. 100/- (non-refundable). SC/ST/PWD/Women applicants do not have to pay a fee.

Required Documents

(i) Applications that do not include a scanned signature and photograph.

(iii) On the date of application, not possessing the required Matriculation and ITI Qualification for the applicable Trade.

Selection Procedure

  1. The merit list will be generated based on the average of the percentage of marks received by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with a minimum of 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examinations, with equal weightage given to both.
  2. In addition, for trades where the minimum educational requirement is an eighth-grade pass and an ITI, the merit list will be compiled by averaging the eighth-grade and ITI (in the trade in which the Apprenticeship will be completed) grades.
  1. Short-listed candidates will be invited for document/certificate verification up to 1.5 times the number of jobs advertised.
  2. If two applicants have the same marks, the applicant with the older age will be given preference.
  3. If the applicants’ dates of birth are the same, the applicants who passed the matriculation exam first will be considered.
  4. There will be no written or oral examination. The final merit list will be compiled in descending order of percentage of marks achieved by the candidate, unit by unit, trade by trade, and community by community.
  1. Applicants do not need to mail any copies of their application, certifications, or documents to RRC-NCR; instead, they must submit them online.
  2. NCR will issue a Merit List for each trade/community for their notified slots.
  3. Applicants will be summoned by NCR based on their merit in the relevant trade, taking into account the Divisions/ Workshops they choose.
  4. The North Central Railway reserves the right to reassign candidates to other divisions or workshops.
  5. The final selection of applicants will be based on the verification of genuine testimonies and a Medical Fitness Certificate in accordance with the guidelines.
  6. Candidates on the standby list will get Call Letters based on the information provided in a questionnaire.
  1. Call Letters will be sent to candidates on the Standby list based on the data of absentees, medically unfit, and rejected candidates from the Merit list allotted to the concerned Divisions / Workshop.
  2. Call letters will be distributed in precise order of merit.
  3. Considering the pandemic scenario at the time, the Tentative Schedule will be posted on our website www.rrcpryi.org.

Steps Of Application

  1. Opening Date and Time: Tuesday, November 11, 2021, at 00.00 hrs.
  2. Closing Date and Time: December 1, 2021, at 23:59 p.m.
  3. Applicants must submit their applications ONLINE at www.rrcpcyi.org. The website will have detailed directions for filling out ONLINE applications.
  4. Applicants must carefully fill in their personal information, such as their Aadhar number, PAN number, marks, CGPA, and preferences for divisions, workshops, and trades, as the Computerized Merit list will be prepared solely based on the information provided by the applicant in the ONLINE application.
  5. If any inconsistency is discovered during document verification, the applicant will be automatically dismissed.

  2. Applicants must enter their 12-digit Aadhar Card number before registering.
  3. Applicants who do not have an Aadhar number and who have enlisted for Aadhar but have not yet received their Aadhar card can input the 28-digit Aadhar Enrolment ID written on the Aadhar Enrolment slip.
  4. This clause applies to applicants from all Indian states and union territories. At the time of Document Verification, applicants must present an original Aadhar card or the documents listed above.
